Oracle releases hands-on material Developer Day
2 February 2006 at 11:42 CET | In Forms, Oracle, Workshops and demos | Leave the first commentGrant Ronald has a great series of Hands-On Lessons on OTN to introduce J2EE development to Forms and Designer Developers. The material is from the Oracle Developer Days, which I still hope to see in the Netherlands. Grant just told me he will update the material to the just release 10.1.3 version of JDeveloper in the next week or so.
Currently the page has versions for JDeveloper 10.1.2 and the Early Access1 release of 10.1.3. I’m looking forward to seeing the material for the final 10.1.3 version. It gives a great introduction to J2EE development. If you’re a Forms developer wanting/making the switch to J2EE you should really take a look. Even if you’re not thinking of switching to J2EE in the short term it’s probably a wise thing to have look, just to stay on top of things.
